Knocked Them All Out of the Park!
"I met Richard some 3 years back when I was returning to Boston for a job opportunity. My girlfriend and I had lived in Jamaica Plain before and this was a target area for us as a location to rent. We looked at a few rental properties with Richard but then decided at the last minute to buy. Richard found us a great spot that needed a little work and we purchased. Alas, another job opportunity opened up 3 years later and we used Richard to sell our property. Richard went above and beyond, we needed some minor work done . . . Richard was there, we needed staging and various inspections in our absence . . . Richard was there. With Richard’s help and some elbow grease we did very well out of that property in a short space of time I have worked in the hospitality business for 25 years and I see the commonality between a great realtor and a great restaurateur. It’s about listening, execution, building trust and delivering. Richard knocked them all out of the park. I will be working with him in the future for sure."
